St Brigids GAA/ Inny Gaels play host to Feile this year – Matches will be played in both Ballinacree and Moylagh pitches. We would like to extend a warm welcome to the visiting clubs- Patrick Sarsfield’s (Antrim) who will be hosted in the Ballinacree area and also to Baileboro (Cavan) and Castletown (Meath).
The following is the proposed itinerary (Subject to change)
Friday 29th June 2018
2pm Meet and Greet -Patrick Sarsfields (Antrim) at St Brigid’s GFC Clubrooms
Host Families bring home visiting players to settle in etc
4pm approx. Patrick Sarsfield’s players dropped back to Ballinacree for their 5pm match
Inny Gaels move to Moylagh for their 5pm Match.
5pm Patrick Sarsfields v Castletown in Ballinacree
Inny Gaels v Bailieboro in Moylagh
Patrick Sarsfield’s then move to Moylagh and Inny Gaels move to Ballinacree.
6.30pm Patrick Sarsfield’s v Bailieboro in Moylagh
Inny Gaels v Castletown in Ballinacree
After these matches refreshments served in Ballinacree and Moylagh
Patrick Sarsfield’s and Inny Gaels then move to Oldcastle for Feile Parade for 8pm (approx)
On Saturday morning at 10am we play Patrick Sarsfield’s in our final group game in Ballinacree.
Depending on results and our placing in the group we travel to either Kildalkey or Ballivor for our quarter final at either 2pm or 3 pm.
Following the Quarter finals we make our way back to Ballinacree for BBQ and Entertainment, 5pm approx.
